Job Description: Digital Acquisition Manager (Demat Account Opening) Company : JM Financial Services Process : Outbound Demat Account Opening (BlinkX Application) Designation : Digital Client Acquisition Location : Thane Shift : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Rotational Week Off) Salary : 17,000 to 30,000 (In-hand) + Incentives (up to 70,000) Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition : Reach out to potential clients and assist them in opening Demat accounts using the BlinkX application. App Downloads & KYC : Ensure that clients successfully download the BlinkX app, complete the registration process, and finish the KYC verification to open their Demat accounts. Lead Management : Utilize the provided leads efficiently to meet or exceed daily and monthly acquisition targets. Client Interaction : Provide clarity and answer queries from potential clients regarding the Demat account process and benefits of stock market investments. Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, account openings, and follow-ups. Key Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and simple manner. Understanding of Financial Products : Basic knowledge of Demat accounts, stock markets, and investment terms such as Nifty 50, Sensex, Stocks, etc. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using mobile applications and basic digital tools to facilitate the account opening process. Customer Focused : Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the account opening process.
